- Management of Cultural Festival focused on North Eastern States : ”PURVOTTARI” 10 TH To 18 TH January 2009 :- The festival held at “Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts “ involved management of complete Event at seven different locations simultaneously, involving Performance Gear Audio system, Multicamera Video Documentation, Installation of display panels, fabrication,digital display and conference management.
- Digital Audio Video System for Films festival at Srifort Auditorium :- Provision of Digital Audio & Video projection for 7 th Japanese Film festival for Screening International (Japanese) films. Event organized by Delhi International Arts Festival Organization.
- Supply & Integeration of Auditorium Solution at the DRDO .:- Softech bagged the prestigious order for Integration of projection and sound system between four halls with transmission data audio video cables.
- Korean Embassy’s National Day Cultural Event:- Management of event involving huge projection system (20 feet screen on steel trussing) and JBL Prosound system for musical evening on 7 th October 2009 at the Embassy of Korea Lawns.
- Indian Airforce (BA). :- AGM meeting at the airforce auditorium involved management of projection system , Production of screens, backdrop banners and plasma tvs,video shooting,switching of laptops and video data for over 2000Pax Audience.
- International level meeting of WAN IFRA.:- A complete conference management at the Park Hotel ,CP,New delhi for the World Association of
Newspapers and News Publishers - Meeting Adressed By Hon’ble Human Resource Development Minister Sh Kapil Sibal. :- Meeting held on 23 rd June at CIET,NCERT involved management of event with 6 Plasmas 50 inches,all with identical display of Krammer switcher data from cameras & Laptops.The conference Audio system was designed by Softech’s engineers wherin JBL & Bose sound systems were provided.The speech by Sh Kapil Sibal was listened & viewed by audience at three separate conference halls.
- Management Punjab & National Bank Awards Event at Srifort: 30 th Sept 2011 :- The Event held at srifort auditorium, It was awards distribution ceremony of Punjab and National Bank.We provided Big Projection screen system with Corporate Video shoot and Kramer video switching showing the Multimedia presentation along with video live shoot on the screens.
- Equipment for Dish Tv’s Promotional activities :- We provided equipment for Dish Tv Promotion Campaign for Delhi NCR.
- International Golf Event :- In association with Nimbus Communications Golf sports division , we provided customized display solutions ,for a 7 days event at various Marquees at Delhi Golf club, along with live transmission of video signal at 300 metres range.Complete JBL audio solution was provided for score announcement , Press conference management etc.
- Launching of Come and Play scheme for Sports Authority of India :- We handled the complete event held at Dhyanchand National stadium for a gathering of over 5000 people.Solutions included Live show of activities at big LED wall , rock band performace,JBL cultural sound and announcement system,Video shoot and editing to form corporate film.
Official Equipment Provider at World Book Fair for over 5 years:- Softech officially provided Digital documentation,Projection systems,Plasma tvs & and long distance Live transmission of activities at various locations on Large LED screens simultaneously to National Book Trust of India.
- Official Event Manager for National Yoga Week :- Softech officially provided Event management services including ,Conference management with Projection systems,Plasma tvs ,Cultural and conference audio visual system ,Stage lighting digital video screen and audio documentation for a weeklong event for Morarji Desai National Yoga Institute.
- Ten sports India Dealer meet 2012:- We handled the complete event held at Radisson hotel noida including the stage ,backdrop and screen
setup,projection,digital JBL conference audio system etc - Production of Corporate and Documentary Films: – Associated for a lot of Production work for Govt and Corporate organizations , latest being a Film called “Nai Disha “ for Films Division Mumbai.A film on Education & Youth Activities.
- Annual Day Celebration of The Air Force School:-We managed the annual function of the school at The Airforce Auditorium including Audio Video Projection , Stage Light as per the Program Directors Instructions.
- Audio Video Light Show at The Lotus Temple:-We manage Audio Visual Based shows at the Temple Outdoor lawns.
- Audio Video Equipment at Ambedkar University campus(Multiple Locations):- We managed equipment services at Multiple location at the university campus.
- Andaman & Nicobar State Day celebrations :- The Event was complete handled by Softech Group.It involved Production of Stage and Décor,Backdrop,Branding,large screen display Floral decoration,Tenting and seating,food and snacks for VIP Dignitaries, Audio and Cultural Stage light system with over 2500 pax gathering and presided over by Lt Governor (Andaman) and Actress cum Model Ms Gul Panang.
- Auditorium supply for NTPC Ltd:- We supplied ,installed cyclorama stage screen,did complete repair and overhauling of curtain drive system and stage lighting system at NTPC noida.
Inaugration and conference by Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh:- Indira bhawan was inaugurated by the Then Prime Ministerof India.We provided Long distance data transmission system,Large display for Live Screening,Audio system for PMs speech and DGs conference Room
